Nero is my favourite coffee shop, generally, but this branch has surly and rude staff. Best avoided - there's a Costa across the road. -Alex
I went here about a month ago just to get their amazing chocolate fudge cake to go, store looks nice, but customer service is kinda poor here. The girl behind the till did not care at all... -Barbs
